One inbox handles every enquiry — editorial, commercial, or dispute. The reply target is two working days. We do not run phone support, postal correspondence, or a sales team.
James Smith reads and replies to every email personally. Please put one of the following tags in the subject line so we route the reply correctly:
- [Editorial] — content corrections, factual disputes, methodology questions, suggestions for sites to add to the audit cycle. Reply target two working days.
- [Operator] — operators requesting an audit transcript, disputing a cut, or providing updates between cycles. Reply target two working days. We do not accept paid placement requests under this tag.
- [Commercial] — affiliate programme enquiries, link updates, network-side questions. Reply target three working days.
- [Privacy] — UK GDPR data subject access requests. Reply target ten working days. See our privacy policy for what we hold.
What we don't do
We don't run a phone line and we are not a customer-service or dispute-resolution body. Every site on our list has its own live chat or support number for player-side issues at that operator, and we are not those operators. If you have a problem with a casino we ranked, contact the casino first; if they fail to resolve, see the dispute escalation path on our "What to do if a withdrawal stalls" guide — we cannot intervene on individual accounts.
We don't accept paid placement, "media partnerships" with guaranteed ranking, or sponsored content. The methodology decides ranking position; commercial terms are flat-rate and post-publication. See How We Rate for the full process and About for the commercial model.
